Poster presentations are co-located with the exhibition and coffee stations.
Poster Boards Poster boards (1m wide, 2.5m tall) will be available. We recommend that posters are of width 90 centimetres, and height in the range 0.8 metre to 1.2 metres.
Duration Posters will be mounted for the entire day of presentation. Therefore authors should arrive to ensure their poster is in place before the poster session starts. Authors are requested to be present during the poster session only, but are also encouraged to attend during coffee breaks. Topic are generally different from the oral sessions that run in parallel, and therefore presenters are welcome to man their poster throughout the day as appropriate to interest and desire to present their work.
